ip-label Nordics is looking for their next Technical Account Manager to guarantee the best service lifecycle for an existing portfolio of Swedish customers.

Technical Account Managers are responsible for growing the business on their customer portfolios and are in charge of delivering and keeping the service up to date.

We are looking for an ambitious IT-savvy person, motivated to deliver seamless customer service and comfortable in client-facing situations.


About the job

  • Maintain close relationship with existing clients, stay aware of their evolving projects and needs and work with them to expand their scope
  • Based on your understanding of the client’s objectives and from your knowledge of ip-label’s catalogue, you will advise, make recommendations and train your clients to maximize the value they obtain from the purchased service
  • Demonstrate new features and technology adoption by presenting solution overview sessions
  • Handle service requests and deliver changes on the clients’ running managed services
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ip-label’s offer

Additional information

  • Salary: proportionate to experience
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communications skills
  • Knowledge in programming languages such as python/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery is helpful
  • Type of contract: permanent contract
  • Status: full-time
  • Location: Stockholm
  • Level of education required: preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher but not a requirement
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • An onboarding program will be conducted
